Return Policy

Return & Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, it should be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Part order cancellation is not possible. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required quantity you wish to order.
  2. If the order is cancelled before the shipping, full amount will be refunded, if the product has shipped, then it is subject to deduction of charges if any, and whereas if you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the delivery, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping charges.
  3. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
  4. If an order is to be cancelled after shipping, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. In most of the cases a return fee is charged by the seller.
  5. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline.
  1.  There might be circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order without any prior notification.
  2. In such cases a full refund will be given to the customer.
  3. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is used or altered.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
  • Free or complimentary product provided by the brand/ seller.
  • Damages due to negligence, improper usage or application, will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Conditions under which Refund/Replacement will be provided:

  • We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  • You have 5 days (from the delivery date) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per return policy.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of the product received.

Replacement Policy:

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from the description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Categories not eligible for returns:

All Essential Oils and Aroma Oils are not eligible for returns.
